The programme has been prepared by Andrew and Jo Davidson. Jo is Chair of the Welsh Historic Garden Trust, so she knows where to take you. You will go to the famous gardens such as Bodnant and Portmeirion, but also to many lesser known public gardens such as Brondanw, Gwydyr Castle and Plas Cadnant and to several beautiful private gardens as well. Of particular interest is the university’s Treborth Botanic Gardens which we will visit on the first afternoon.
Each day before dinner there will be a relevant lecture and on Wednesday we will celebrate the presidential inauguration and Professor Huw Pryce’s lecture.
Don’t forget to bring your membership cards if you are a member of The National Trust or Cadw.
